Listing2Close provides a transaction-management and workflow platform designed to guide real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties through the real estate transaction lifecycle—from listing through closing.

Listing2Close does not:

Act as a real estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, or escrow company

Provide legal, financial, or tax advice

Guarantee transaction outcomes, closings, or compliance with laws

All real estate decisions remain solely the responsibility of the users.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you will not:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

Upload false, inaccurate, or unauthorized information

Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all real estate laws, licensing requirements, and professional obligations applicable to you.

4. Data and User Content

You retain ownership of all data, content, documents, and information you submit (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Listing2Close a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to submit the User Content

Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Listing2Close may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., CRM tools, document providers, communication platforms).

We do not control and are not responsible for:

Downtime, errors, or data loss caused by third-party platforms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Listing2Close in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law
